Welcome to the Engaged Company Dashboard
Follow the steps below to create your account and access your ADVanced Insights Profile and leadership tools. The whole process takes just a few minutes.

Go to the Dashboard
Open your web browser and navigate to https://my.engagedcompany.com/dashboard
You’ll be automatically redirected to the Institute Success login page.

Create your account
On the login page you’ll see:
Welcome — Log in to Institute Success to continue to Engaged Company Dashboard.Look for the link at the bottom of the login form that reads “Don’t have an account? Sign up” and click Sign up to begin.

Register with your work email
When prompted, use your work email address (for example yourname@yourcompany.com) to register.
Complete the remaining fields to set a password, then submit the form.
✉️Check your email — including Spam & Junk folders.After submitting, you’ll receive a verification email from Institute Success. This may take 1–2 minutes to arrive.
If you don’t see it in your inbox, check your Spam, Junk, or Quarantine folder — some corporate mail filters delay or redirect automated emails.

Verify your email
Open the verification email from Institute Success and click the verification link or button inside it.
You’ll be redirected back to the Engaged Company Dashboard automatically. Your account is now active and ready to use.
